Refund & Returns Policy

Welcome to the KIQUES website (the Website), which is operated by Kaitee O’Sullivan ABN: 97 687 705 052, trading as KIQUES (we, us, or KIQUES).

Returns

We are confident you will love your KIQUES product but we understand online shopping can be difficult. If you are unhappy or have had a change of mind, we will offer a refund with the following criteria being met:

Your return must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your item.

Your item must be returned to P.O. BOX 5434 Alexandra Hills QLD 4161 Australia in its original packaging, brand new and undamaged within 14 days of your original order date. The returned package must include all related accessories including shoe wrapping, tissue paper, shoe stuffing and dust proof bags. Please try on your KIQUES shoes on a clean carpeted surface as you will not be able to return items that show signs of wear, are damaged, marked or scratched (including on the sole of the shoe).

It's important to use the original packaging when returning items to ensure they are not squashed or damaged in transit. Damaged items will not be refunded or exchanged. KIQUES reserves the right to refuse any return on merchandise that appears to have been worn, damaged, soiled, altered or anything that KIQUES reasonably believes has been used. 

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned for exchange or refund unless deemed faulty.

If the reason for initiating a return is due to a change of mind or the incorrect shoe size was ordered, the return postage must be covered by the buyer and the refund will exclude the original price of shipping.

If your return package is inspected by a KIQUES representative and not accepted it will be sent back to you at your expense and no refund will be granted.

When sending a return parcel it is your responsibility until it reaches us. We suggest you return the goods by registered post to ensure delivery.

Please contact us at support@kiques.com.au within 7 days of receiving your goods to advise if you will be requesting to return your goods. Please provide a detailed description of the reason with photographic evidence of any defect issues for review. Be sure to include your name and order number so we can quickly identify your package and inspect ASAP to speed up the return/refund process.
